End valuation, simplified (simple module)

The simplest form of end valuation. The user supplies a time series of a single water value, which all reservoirs will have for the last time step. \(Cr_{water\_value}\) is the same for all reservoirs.

Note: Target reservoirs do not get an end valuation.
