End Valuation of Reservoir Volume
=================================

The horizon for the reservoir volume is so far for many reservoirs that 
it is neccessary to let the solver know how to prioritize the usage of 
water by having a long term strategy. This is used by setting a value on 
the water remaining at the end of the simulation period. This can be done 
in a variety of ways, and the following three modules each solve this problem 
in different ways.
